Dr. Shawna Hogan was born and raised in New York, just north of NYC. As a child she often spent time at the Chiropractic office where her mother was the office manager. So intrigued by health she won a 4th grade science fair project about the benefits of Chiropractic care.

Deciding to become a Chiropractor at an early age, she went on to graduate from Life University College of Chiropractic in 2000. She owned and operated East Hill Chiropractic in Pensacola for 7 years and was the first Chiropractor in that area to offer laser services.

In 2012, she moved with her husband to 30A after vacationing here for many years. Dr. Hogan opened and successfully ran Regatta Chiropractic & Laser Center in Destin for nearly 10 years followed by Align 30a Chiropractic & Wellness.

In January 2026 we transitioned to Align 30a Massage Studio. Dr. Hogan continues to oversee everything. Enjoying her new role behind the scenes after 25 years in practice she is now enjoying even more time with her beloved family and, “Thatcher” their cavalier king charles spaniel.
